Meet Your Mediator and Labor Consultant
Guiding you through workplace, elder care, and labor relations conflicts.
Guided by a decade of experience in conflict resolution, I provide the professional neutrality and empathetic insight required for complex workplace and family challenges.
Mediation & Labor Specialist
I’m Lisa McGraw, a neutral third‑party mediator, arbitrator, and founder of Sage ADR. I created Sage ADR to help people and organizations navigate difficult conversations with clarity, respect, and practical solutions.
My professional background includes extensive experience in aviation labor relations, workplace dynamics, and complex stakeholder communication. I’ve supported employers, unions, and safety‑sensitive operations through contract issues, grievances, organizational change, and high‑stakes negotiations. I also serve as an arbitrator, bringing structured, neutral decision‑making to labor‑related disputes. Through this work, I’ve seen that conflict—when handled thoughtfully—can strengthen relationships, improve decision‑making, and move people forward.
Today, I provide neutral mediation, arbitration, conflict‑resolution support, and labor‑relations consulting with a focus on aviation workplaces, general workplace matters, and elder‑care decision‑making. As a caregiver for my own mother, I understand firsthand how emotionally and logistically challenging family decisions around aging and care can be. That experience informs the empathy and practicality I bring to elder‑care mediation.
My approach is grounded in listening, understanding each perspective, and creating a structured process where people feel heard while working toward meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
