Cancellation Policy

Initial consultation sessions are provided at no cost and are reserved specifically for the requesting party. Because consultation time is limited and scheduled in advance, we respectfully request at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the appointment time to be made available to others who may be waiting for scheduling availability. If notice is not provided and a scheduled consultation is missed, future consultation requests may be subject to limited scheduling availability at the discretion of Sage ADR. We appreciate timely communication and courtesy in helping ensure availability for all clients seeking services.
