Cancellation Policy

Fees & Policies 1. Fees All mediation services are billed on a per‑party basis according to session type and duration. Workplace / Civil Mediation 3‑hour session: $400 per party 8‑hour session: $800 per party Elder Care Mediation 3‑hour session: $400 per party 8‑hour session: $600 per party Fees are due in full at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed to in writing. A session is not confirmed or reserved until all parties’ payments have been received. 2. Payment Terms Each party is independently responsible for their own fees. Payment by one party does not constitute payment for any other party. Services are confirmed only after all required payments have been received. Payments are non‑transferable between unrelated matters unless expressly approved by Sage ADR. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling All payments are made in advance and are subject to the following terms: Fifteen (15) or more days’ notice Payments may be refunded per party, less a 25% administrative and reservation fee, or applied in full toward a rescheduled date of service at the party’s request. Fewer than fifteen (15) days’ notice Payments are non‑refundable per party but may be applied toward a rescheduled date of service at the discretion of Sage ADR and subject to availability. 4. No‑Show Policy Failure of any party to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no‑show. No‑shows are non‑refundable in full per party, and no credit will be issued to the party that did not appear. 5. Scheduling Availability Sage ADR will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes; however, mediation sessions are reserved in advance, and availability may be limited.
